Paladin, as a title, goes back to the days of the Roman Empire and Palatine HIll. Originally referring to the Palace Guard, the title evolved until at the time of Charlemagne it referred to twelve men who held office in the courts of law, and whose responsibility was to ride out and oversee the administration of justice in the land. From there, because of the french epic “Chanson de Roland” and similar italian Romances, they became the stuff of legend.

The Paladin has become a symbol of justice. In the days when the richest purse bought the best arms, the Paladin stood as the barrier between raw power and the righteous. We chose the chess knight as our symbol to remind us of where we've been. We've worked on websites for several Fortune 500 companies. We've spent our time in the palace. Now, like our namesakes, it's time to ride out.

We want to take our approach to the rest of the world. You've got a cause to espouse or a business to run. Hire a Paladin to get it done right.
